Behind-the-Scenes content shows a glimpse into the daily operations of your business. It creates a better sense of what goes on in your business and builds transparency and trust with your audience.
Sharing personal stories about your journey as a business owner is called Your Story content. It makes you be seen as a human and creates a personal connection with your audience.
